Fewer interviews.
Better and faster hires.

We are building a more predictable way to hire. We codify what actually makes someone succeed in a role, with people who have done the job, and we learn from every search, placement, and piece of feedback to sharpen how we predict fit and performance.

Send a job description and a few quick answers. We come back with calibration profiles and a search plan, no commitment until you've seen them.

search plan

A written plan, before we start.

You get the search in writing: where we will look, how we will reach people, and what we screen for. You approve it before we activate, and we provide insight and update on the search weekly.

calibration

Calibrate, and the search converges fast

We send 3 to 5 calibration profiles. Reply yes, no, or maybe with one line of why. That locks the target quickly, so you stop screening mismatches.

ASSESSMENT

See how they work, before you interview

For certain roles, candidates can complete additional assessments such as a recorded live coding session so you see how someone actually thinks and builds before you spend an hour interviewing them. The check flexes to the role, and we use it to cut false positives and speed up your decision.

We learn who succeeds in the role.

We work out what good actually looks like for your specific role, then find people who genuinely fit it, not CVs that match keywords.

Shaped by people who have done the job.

The way we judge a role is built with people who have actually done it: someone who held that exact seat, someone from a direct competitor, or a former colleague from inside the company. So candidates are measured against what the job really takes, not a generic checklist.

An open box, not a black one.

Outsourced search is usually a black box: hand over a role and hope.We open it. Every week you see the shape of the search and why each person advanced, was set aside, or said no.

It gets sharper every search.

We follow each hire through its first year and feed back what we learn, and the people we bring in to calibrate sharpen it further, so every search is more precise than the last.

ready to hire?

No Job Description? No problem. Start intake and we’ll help draft one.

Start with what you know. Tell us the role and a few qualifying details, and we will turn it into a brief you can approve before any search begins.

We are building a better way to hire that gets smarter with every placement, for clients, candidates, and the people who run the search.
